Optional Modules in form of:
Material Library Manager helps the user to make the optimum utilization of raw material. This module keeps track of the prime sheets as well as the off-cut material and re-utilizes the same in the next optimization process
Product Library Manager is used to keep track of all the products like, name of the final product, name of the component, size of each component, material type, thickness, grade and number of components in the final product manufactured by the organization
De-Coil Manager is used in industries for shearing / cutting operations of coils. It optimizes the cutting layouts for coils considering critical parameters like Machine Blade Length, different coil width, etc.
Label module is provided for defining settings for printing Labels. Labels can be printed only after optimization for each of the layouts generated
Optimizer Suite can import cutting pieces in AutoCAD .DXF format which enables software to do block nesting for even irregular Cut-Pieces also
